For your and our convenience, please review the buyer’s agreement to ensure this does not fall into the non-warrantable/ home maintenance item(s)

2) We ask:

 If you have more than two different subcontractor-related issue(s), we ask that you file an additional claim! When filing your claim(s) you will be asked to identify the trade partner/ sub contractor related to your issue(s) at your house. If unaware of household trades please take a moment to view some examples, as shown here, this will help expedite your warranty claim.
